Blouse is a size small/medium. A small bust is recommended if desiring to close all hooks. But this antique can also be worn on a medium frame unfastened. It looks beautiful worn as it was made to be fastened in the back but also lovely backwards worn as a summer cardigan. Both options shown in photos.
